Group 1 :Intervention of exosome loading circRNA before light exposure

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Photoaging skin specimen collection: In this study, photoaging skin was taken from the skin tissue of face (light part), buttocks or upper arm (light-proof part) with obvious photoaging characteristics abandoned by dermatology surgery in the Seventh Hospital of Sun Yat-sen, with 6 to 10 cases. Selection criteria: The volunteers were patients aged 55-75 years, who had obvious photoaging characteristics as assessed by visa machine: facial wrinkles, red blood and pigmentation. There are no systemic diseases and skin tumors, and I or my guardian agree to perform dermatological surgery to treat other diseases, and agree to donate the skin tissue of face (light part) and buttocks or upper arm (light-proof part) which are discarded after operation to clinical research; 2. Collection of adipose tissue samples: In this study, adipose tissue was taken from 10ml of human adipose tissue discarded by dermatology surgery in the Seventh Hospital of Zhongshan, with 6 to 10 cases. Selection criteria: Volunteers are patients aged 20-45 years old, who have no systemic diseases, have liposuction surgery in plastic surgery department with the consent of themselves or guardians, and agree to donate the discarded adipose tissue to clinical research; 3. Collection of prepuce tissue samples: In this study, human skin fibroblasts (HDFs) mainly obtained prepuce tissue after circumcision in urology department of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Volunteers were boys aged 3-6 years, with 6 to 10 cases. Selection criteria: A boy aged 3-6 years old, who has no systemic diseases or infectious diseases, will be circumcised by his guardian, and the guardian will agree to donate the discarded prepuce tissue to clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of prepuce tissue samples: those who stopped the operation due to unforeseen factors such as crying of children.
