Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Course of disease >= 1 month, <= 6 months; 3. Age 18-80 years old; 4. The presence of dysphagia has been confirmed by standard swallowing assessment (SSA) and fiberoptic endoscopy (FEES); 5. Those with stable vital signs, clear consciousness, good cooperation, and voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any other neurogenic diseases and tumors; 2. History of seizures or use of epilepsy drugs before or after stroke; 3. MMSE < 20 points; 4. Built-in cardiac pacemaker or other metal medical devices implanted in the body; 5. Nausea tumors, bleeding tendencies.
