Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Grinding type transalveolar crest lifting in the maxillary posterior region, and implantation of bone level implants at the same time; 2. More than three CBCT examinations can be found in the database, including T0: before implantation; T1: immediately after implantation; T2: before repair; 3. Complete and reliable preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data and photos can be found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immediately after operation, CBCT showed that the root of the implant did not enter the sinus floor; 2. Have performed sinus floor lifting surgery at this site; 3. The interval between implantation and repair without following the doctor's advice is too long.
