Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Before 2022 (the backtracking time is not limited), those who visited various hematology departments in Zhejiang Province were re-diagnosed as MPN patients according to the WHO 2016 diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Follow-up data were incomplete (patients followed up only once), MPN could not be diagnosed or caused by secondary factors, or patients were lost to follow-up during follow-up. All patients were followed up until 2021.12.31.
