Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain informed consent; 2. Age >= 60 years old, <= 90 years old; 3. Patients undergoing elective colorectal surgery under general anesthesia; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Have a history of mental illness or long-term psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), history of taking chronic analgesic drugs, and history of alcoholism; 3. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) < 21 points, diagnosed as moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc.; 5. Patients with severe infection; 6. Preoperative PaO2 < 60 mmHg or SpO2 < 92%; 7. Participated in another drug clinical study within the past 30 days; 8. Hypersensitivity to the test drug.
