Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Clinically diagnosed as a huge hiatal hernia and planning to undergo laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in this research can follow up as required and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously performed other upper gastrointestinal surgery; 2. The researcher thinks it is not suitable for this clinical researcher.
