Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18years, patients undergoing lower limb surgery in our hospital; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 3. Have a certain understanding ability and cooperate with the anesthesia process; 4. Informed of this study, voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral lower limb surgery; 2. Regular use of opioids or glucocorticoids; 3. Contraindications of dexamethasone; 4. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 5. Any history of drug allergy in the study.
