18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. age 18-75 years old; 3. bedridden patients after hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency orthopedic surgery; 2. patients with oral and periodontal diseases; 3. patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, heart failure and other serious diseases; 4. patients with preoperative pulmonary infection and injury; 5. patients with recent rib fractures; 6. patients with mental disorders 7. unable to cooperate with the investigation; 8. people who are known to be allergic to chlorine; 9. Less than 10 teeth; 10. those who use immunosuppressive drugs or antibiotics in the last 3 months.
