Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 healthy adults, regardless of gender, and 120 patients who meet the following conditions 1. Age between 40-75 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee OA of the American College of Rheumatology; 3. Kellgren/lawrence (k/l) grade between 0-2; 4. Visual analogue scale of pain (VAS, 0-100) between 30-70; 5. Sign informed consent; 6. The patient has no other ongoing drug trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis and other serious cardiovascular and renal diseases; 2. Patients with severe knee OA will undergo joint replacement surgery recently; 3. Local acute inflammatory reaction of the affected knee with symptoms of redness, swelling, heat and pain; 4. Patients with severe deformity of knee joint and poor lower limb alignment; 5. Those suffering from acute infectious diseases or severe skin diseases that are not suitable for treatment; 6. Complications affecting joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, melasma, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc. 7. Patients with malignant tumor and psychosis,those who are difficult to follow up; 8. The target knee had a history of surgery or severe trauma in the past year; 9. Contraindications of MRI, such as installation of cardiac pacemaker, artificial metal valve, cornea and arterial clip retention.
