Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for insomnia disorders: 1. age 18-65; 2. PSQI score > 6; 3. No neurological or mental illness; 4. No other sleep disorders (such as sleep-related dyskinesia, hypersomnia, or dyssomnia) were assessed clinically and polysomnographically. The healthy control group: 1. 18-65 years old. 2. No other sleep disorders; 3. Good sleep quality, no alternating day and night work history; 4. PSQI 5 or less; 5. No neurological or mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metal implants (such as pacemakers, stents, inner ear hearing AIDS, or other metal objects) in patients; 2. History of seizures; 3. Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding or menstruating or taking hormones; 4. Structural brain injury detected by BRAIN MRI scan; 5. No opioids, sedative-hypnotics, antipsychotics, antidepressants, B-blockers, stimulants, mood stabilizers, or thyroid/diabetes medications.
