Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients with atrial fibrillation hospitalized in our hospital were randomly and prospectively selected: 1. aged 18-75 who met the indications of catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation; 2. Before operation, esophageal ultrasound was used to exclude thrombus in left atrium and left atrial appendage; 3. esophageal gastroscopy was used to exclude primary esophageal diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiofrequency catheter ablation history; 2. low platelet (PLT < 80 x 10^9/L) or contraindications to anticoagulation (such as warfarin, heparin and new oral anticoagulants); 4. The inner diameter of the left atrium is greater than 55cm(2D echocardiography, parasternal long axis view); 4. Left atrial thrombus (transesophageal ultrasound); 5. Severe organic heart disease (including severe valvular heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy); 6. Hepatic and renal insufficiency; 7. Pregnant; 8. Hyperthyroidism; 9. Life expectancy less than 12 months.
