Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult with ages between 18 and 80 years; 2. Indications for CRRT treatment as judged by critical care medicine or nephrologist; 3. Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation disorders or using drugs that affect coagulation function; 2. Patients with abnormal femoral vein anatomy, history of femoral vein catheterization, or local contraindication of femoral vein catheterization; 3. Not suitable for those with mental illness or other reasons who cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month; 5. The researchers believe that there are other cases that are not suitable for inclusion.
