Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

Interventions

Experimental group:Traumatic vertebra transpedicular bone grafting combined with pedicle screw fixation surgery

Control group:Direct thoracolumbar posterior pedicle screw fixation surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria ((1) Had an obvious history of thoracolumbar spinal injury; (2)Chest and back pain, deformity, tenderness and limited activity; (3) X-ray, CT and other imaging data showed thoracolumbar burst fractures); 2. Males aged 18-65 and females aged 18-60; 3. X-ray, CT and MRI showed thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, leading edge height loss and normal sequence changes. CT and MRI suggested: (1) spinal canal space <= 1/3; (2)vertebral compression degree <= 50%; 4. The injury time is within one week; 5. Physical condition can tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Severe fracture and dislocation need anterior surgery; 3. Imaging findings: (1) spinal canal occupying > 1/3; (2) vertebral compression degree > 50%; 4. Active infection in adjacent surgical sites; 5. Old thoracolumbar fractures; 6. Patients with general condition unable to accept surgical treatment; 7. Age under 18 years old, over 65 years old for men and over 60 years old for women; 8. Meet the inclusion criteria, but patients require conservative treatment.
