Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 140-416 patients with chronic airway diseases (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma) admitted to the Respiratory and critical care Clinic or cough and asthma Pharmaceutical Care Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2022 to December 2024. 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of COPD in guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revised Edition) or asthma in Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma (2020 Edition); 2. The course of disease is more than one month, and inhalant medication is needed; 3. Basic communication skills; 4. Willing to accept pharmaceutical care and cooperate with visitors as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inhalation dosage forms are not used; 2. patients with a history of mental illness, cognitive dysfunction or communication disorders; 3. Participate in other clinical trials or treatments that may affect the study; 4. Severe illness or other serious complications.
