Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged >=18 years with a singleton pregnancy; 2.Confirmed intrauterine live fetus by ultrasound; 3.Women at high-risk of preeclampsiadefined as having at least 1 high risk factors or >= 2 moderate risk factors high risk factors are: (1)History of preeclampsia; (2)Chronic hypertension;;(3)Type 1 or 2 diabetes; (4)Renal disease (5) Autoimmune disease (i.e., systemic lupus erythematosus, the antiphospholipid syndrome); The moderate risk factors are: (1)Nulliparity;(2)Obesity (body mass index greater than 30); (3)Age 35 years or older 4)Family history of preeclampsia (mother or sister) 5)Previous adverse pregnancy outcomes(egplacental abruption, stillbirth, fetal growth restriction); (6)more than 10-year pregnancy interval; (7)History of low birth weight or small for gestational age; 4. Lack of regular exercise and have a sedentary lifestyle by self-report during pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multifetal gestation; 2. Severe fetal anomaly; 3. Pregnant women with contraindications to exercise during pregnancy: Severe respiratory diseases, heart disease, arrhythmia; Uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, hyperthyroidism,cervical insufficiency or after cervical cerclage; Vasa previa; Placenta previa after 28 weeks; Anaemia(Hb < 60g/L); 4. Using Aspirin; 5. Women with poor compliance and cannot have regular pregnancy check-ups.
