50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary angle-closure glaucoma who underwent Phaco-IOL-GSL in our hospital; 2. Be at least 50 years old and sign the informed consent voluntarily, and be willing to provide the visiting data according to the specified data collection content; 3. Clear images of macular area can be obtained by EDI-OCT, and choroid thickness can be accurately measured; 4. No other eye diseases and no history of intraocular surgery except primary angle-closure glaucoma and mild cataract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The choroid thickness cannot be accurately measured due to turbidity or low quality images in refractive media; 2. combined with choroid neovascularization, choroid melanoma or choroid atrophy and other fundus lesions affecting choroid thickness; And high myopia (diopter + 6.0d); 3. Patients with systemic diseases associated with ocular conditions cannot be operated and examined.
