Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary migraine symptoms who went to neurology department of The Second Attached Hospital Of Fujian Medical University for outpatient service were the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to the patient's medical history and relevant examination, patients with one of the following conditions were excluded: 1. those who had received other migraine drugs in the past; 2. a BMI of 18.5 or less; 3. severe side effects after topiramate; 4. Patients with physical diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and tumor; 5. those in pregnancy or lactation; 6. mentally ill persons; 7. Unless you live in Quanzhou for a long time, you can't follow visitors.
