Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) confirmed by clinical diagnosis of mania or depression; (2) adults aged 18-60 years old, not limited to men and women. 2. Control group: (1) healthy adults, with no history of affective disorders and other mental disorders; (2) adults aged 18-60 years old, not limited to men and women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) Those who suffer from other mental disorders or have a related history; (2) Patients with other neuropsychiatric diseases and/or with major organic diseases; (3) Those who meet the inclusion criteria but refuse to sign an informed consent form. 2. Control group: (1) Those who suffer from other mental disorders or have a related history; (2) Patients with other neuropsychiatric diseases and/or with major organic diseases; (3) Those who meet the inclusion criteria but refuse to sign an informed consent form.
