Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The nursing mother is in good health and has just given birth. She voluntarily participates in this study and agrees to sign the informed consent form; 2. Plan to breastfeed exclusively for at least 4 months; 3. Newborn health, term (gestational age 37-42 weeks), birth weight 2.5-4.0 kg; 4. The baby has no congenital diseases (such as gastrointestinal abnormalities or immune defects).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing mothers are minors; 2. the nursing mother is not healthy, suffering from diabetes during pregnancy, mastitis, obesity (postpartum BMI >= 28.0 kg/m^2), cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease (such as diabetes), cancer and other diseases; 3. The nursing mother cannot follow the research procedure; 4. Nursing mothers and newborns with major prenatal and / or postpartum diseases; 5. Newborns with gastrointestinal diseases at the time of enrollment; 6. Participated in another clinical study at the same time or first.
