Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the disease of dementia patients meets the diagnostic criteria of the WHO International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), including Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia or mixed dementia; 2. the family caregiver is a family member of the dementia patient, who undertakes most of the care work of the patient >= 6 hours a day, caring for the patient >= 5 days a week, and the care time is >= 3 months; 3. the age > 18 years old; 4. PHQ-9> 4 points; 5. has a smart phone and can access the Internet anytime, anywhere; 6. has a certain reading ability, Those with normal language function; 7. those who have passed the operational training; 8. those who voluntarily participate in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with severe mental illness; 2. participants in similar interventions.
