Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for normal palate tissue sampling: (1) The patient has no cleft lip and palate, no oral cancer tumors, etc., and the palate tissue is healthy. If it is a trauma patient, the tissue should be removed after debridement; (2) The patient's age is <= 20 years old; (3) The sampling does not affect the later repair; (4) The patient and their families gave informed consent and passed the hospital ethics review. Inclusion criteria for sampling of patients with cleft palate: (1) The patient has only non-syndromic cleft palate-only and no other diseases such as oral cancer; (2) The age of the patient is 6-60 months; (3) The sampling does not affect the later repair; (4) Informed consent of the patient and his family, passed the hospital ethics review.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for normal palate tissue sampling: ? The patient suffered from cleft lip and palate, oral cancer tumors and other diseases, and the palate tissue was unhealthy; ? The age of the patient was more than 20 years old; ? The sampling affected the later repair; ? The patient and his family did not give informed consent. Sampling exclusion criteria for patients with cleft palate: ? The patients did not suffer from non-syndromic cleft palate, or oral cancer and other diseases; ? The age of the patients was more than 60 months; ? The sampling affected the later repair; ? The patients and their families did not give informed consent.
