20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton and full term primiparas; 2. Age 20-40; 3. Height 155-170cm; 4. ASA ? - ? level; 5. Indication of cesarean section; 6. Primary school education or above; 7. Puerpera or family members can use wechat skillfully.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconsciousness, consciousness disorder or mental abnormality, unable to communicate normally; 2. Pregnant women with hypertension, severe preeclampsia, diabetes, heart or kidney disease; 3. Long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioid painkillers; 4. Patients with chronic pain disorders; 5. Poor compliance; 6. Cesarean section twice or more.
