Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton intrauterine pregnancy; 2. The previous menstruation of pregnant women was normal and regular, the last menstrual date before this pregnancy was accurate, and routine ultrasound examination in early pregnancy showed that the gestational weeks were basically consistent with the actual gestational weeks of pregnant women; 3. No abnormality was found in the fetus by prenatal and gestational ultrasound system, and no abnormality was found in the relevant medical records or telephone follow-up of pregnant women after delivery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from pregnancy complications or other diseases that may affect the growth and development of the fetus, such as gestational glucose urinary disease, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, autoimmune diseases, etc; 2. Fetal structural malformations, chromosomal abnormalities and genetic syndrome, fetal intrauterine infection.
