Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment by neurologist were selected as the experimental group, including 30 eyes of 30 patients with mild cognitive impairment and 30 eyes of 30 patients with dementia, and 30 eyes of 30 patients with non-cognitive impairment were included as the control group. 1. The age range was 60-80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With diabetes, the other central, or other peripheral nerve disease, malignant tumor, connective tissue disease, malnutrition, endocrine diseases such as chronic hepatitis disease, thyroid disease, mental disease, active history of eye disease, eye surgery, glaucoma, pterygium, acute or chronic corneal disease, nebula, corneal spot, walleye, patients with a history of cornea contact lens wear for a long time.
