Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select the patients who will undergo painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Weifang people's hospital. 1. The non elderly group: (1) 18-65 years old; (2) unlimited gender; (3) ASA grade I-II; (4) bmi:18.5-24kg/m2; (5)sign the informed consent for anesthesia. 2. Elderly group: (1) age > 65 years old; (2) gender unlimited; (3) ASA grade II-III; (4) BMI: 18.5-24kg/m2; (5) signed informed consent for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who have contraindications to general anesthesia or have had a history of anesthesia accidents in the past; 2. Known or suspected allergy or contraindication to propofol injection, cyclophosphamide injection excipients, benzodiazepines, opioids, muscle relaxants, etc; 3. Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other physical weakness and major diseases; 4. Abuse or long-term use of narcotic, sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. A person with a past history of mental illness.
