Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar trauma surgery; 2. Age 18 ~ 65; 3. ASA grade I ~ II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spinal deformity; 2. local anesthetic allergy; 3. serious heart and lung diseases; 4. obesity (BMI > 30kg/m2); 5. abnormal coagulation function; 6. infection at puncture site; 7. severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs before operation; 9. psychotic patients or patients with cognitive dysfunction and unable to cooperate.
