Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the selected patients were in accordance with the AR diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in China (2022, Revised Edition)": (1) Symptoms: 2 or more symptoms such as paroxysmal sneezing, watery rhinitis, nasal itching and nasal congestion, etc. Symptoms persist or accumulate for more than 1 hour per day, and may be accompanied by eye symptoms such as tearing, itching, and redness; (2) Signs: Pale nasal mucosa, edema, and watery nasal discharge are common; (3) Allergen detection: at least 1 allergen Positive SPT and/or serum specific IgE, or positive nasal challenge test. And meet the diagnostic criteria of moderate-severe persistent AR: severe or severe symptoms, which have a significant impact on the quality of life, and the onset of symptoms >= 4 d/week for >= 4 consecutive weeks. and meet one or more of the following conditions. 1. After more than 1 year of conservative treatment such as standard drug therapy or immunotherapy, the symptoms cannot be improved or the improvement is not good, and the quality of life is affected; 2. Combined with severe nasal septum deviation, showing persistent nasal congestion, headache and other symptoms; or combined with hypertrophy of inferior turbinate that is difficult to shrink with decongestants, showing persistent nasal congestion; or combined with extensive nasal polyps affecting ventilation; 3. The patient showed intractable mucosal hypersensitivity or hypersecretion state (runny nose, sneezing, etc.), and the specialist assessed that the patient can be treated by surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have not undergone standard and full-course drug treatment, or those younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old, are relatively contraindications, and surgical treatment is not recommended; 2. Those with uncontrolled exacerbation of asthma, or those with poor physical condition who cannot tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with serious mental and psychological diseases; 5. Patients with malignant tumors or other autoimmune diseases; 6. Those who have had a history of nasal nerve block surgery; 7. Patients in pregnancy or menstrual period; 8. Patients who cannot accept the related risks and complications caused by surgery and who do not agree to sign the informed consent form for surgery.
