Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA I~III; 2. age >= 60 years,18 <= BMI <= 30kg/m2; 3. and general anesthesia requiring tracheal intubation for elective large joint replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are known to be allergic to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, opioids and naloxone or have a history of severe allergies and family history; 2. Long-term use of benzodiazepines for any indication (such as insomnia, anxiety, convulsions, etc.); 3. Long-term use of opioids; 4. drugs affecting stress factor levels have been used in the past 15 days; 5. Myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, severe depression; 6. severe renal failure, severe liver damage; 7. patients with respiratory management difficulties (grade IV modified Markovner score); 8. Patients with known past history of severe angina attack and arrhythmia; 9. Participate in any other clinical trials; 10. Participants refuse to sign informed consent.
