18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-45; 2. Plan your pregnancy or gestational age within one year. = 13 + 6 day week; 3. Childbirth and delivery are planned at the hospital belonging to the research centre; 4. Willingness to receive folic acid testing and guidance before or during pregnancy; 5. Signed informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear diseases that can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as chromosomal abnormalities, autoimmune diseases (antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus), abnormal uterine structure, etc.; 2. Statutory infectious diseases stipulated by the state, such as hepatitis B, syphilis and AIDS; 3. Refused to participate in the study.
