Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of migraine in the third edition of the international classification of headache diseases (ichd-3b), with repeated attacks; (1) 14 years > age age < 70 years; (3) There was no contraindication of MRI and informed consent of patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of headache, such as encephalitis, meningitis, cerebrovascular disease, high intracranial pressure, glaucoma, etc; 2. Headache caused by somatization disorder caused by depression and anxiety; 3. Patients with migraine at the time of scanning or within 24 hours after scanning; 4. Those who abuse alcohol and tobacco and have a history of preventive drug use within 1 year; 5. Contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning or claustrophobia; 6. Female subjects were pregnant or in menstrual period; 7. Abnormal cardiac function or history of cerebral infarction.
