Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in 2018 guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke; 3. NIHSS score is 4-15; 4. CTA/MRA confirmed non-vascular occlusion; 5. <= 8 hours from the onset time or the last seemingly normal time; 6. First stroke, or previous history of stroke without serious sequelae, mRS score <= 2; 7. Obtain informed consent signed by patients or their legally authorized representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intravenous thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy; 2. Uncontrolled persistent hypertension, systolic blood pressure continued >= 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg after active blood pressure control; 3.Patients with clear cardiogenic factors leading to cerebral infarction; 4. Coagulation dysfunction or platelet count < 100×10^9/L, bleeding tendency and serious complications such as liver, kidney and heart; 5.A history of major surgery or severe trauma in the last 1 month, and a history of gastrointestinal bleeding in the last 3 months; 6.The pregnancy.
