Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2.Signed informed consent; Between 18-75 years old; 3.Mixed hemorrhoids combined with annular prolapse of internal hemorrhoids are suitable for PPH operation; 4.Clear consciousness and treatment cooperation; 5.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases and other systemic diseases are in a stable stage; 6.The blood glucose of diabetes patients was controlled below 10mmol/l. 7.Patients with hematological diseases have leukocytes >=2 * 10^9 / L and platelets >= 40; 8.The coagulation index of those who use anticoagulant drugs is not less than half of the normal value, not more than twice the normal value, and there is no subcutaneous or submucosal bleeding seen by the naked eye. 9.No serious infectious diseases; 10.Participate in the clinical trial of other hemorrhoids and stop the trial for more than 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with very serious blood system diseases, severe organ dysfunction and severe diabetes mellitus; 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Organic intestinal obstruction; 4.Patients with mental illness; 5.Incomplete data affect the results or safety judgment, or have received other relevant treatment, which may affect the observation of the effect index of this study.
