18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer having completed surgery; 2. Receiving chemotherapy currently; 3. Who can read, write and speak Chinese; 4. Aged 18 years or older; 5. Can complete a 20-minute writing exercise independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing any form of psychotherapy; 2. With a habit of keeping diaries; 3. Having a diagnosis of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment.
