Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Experimental group: According to the "Save Sepsis Movement: International Guidelines for the Treatment of Sepsis and Septic Shock 2021 Edition" jointly developed by the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM) and the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), patients with sepsis and Patients with sepsis-related encephalopathy who need cerebrospinal fluid auxiliary examination to exclude intracranial infection; 3. Control group: patients diagnosed with sepsis and without sepsis-related encephalopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Chronic liver and kidney failure; 3. Severe electrolyte imbalance; 4. After CPR; 5. Autoimmune diseases; 6. HIV infection; 7. Central nervous system infection; 8. Cerebrovascular accident; 9. Intracranial organic lesions; 10. The application of drugs to interfere with the observation of cognitive function; 11. The application of drugs has an biology effect on the immune system.
