Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years at inclusion; 2. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) > 5.0 cm (women) and LVEDd > 5.5 cm (men) (or greater than 117% of the predicted value for age and body surface area, 2-fold SD + 5% of the predicted value); 3. LVEF < 45% and LVFS < 25%; 4. Written informed consent.
