Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetic patients at aged 30-70 years with steady control of blood glucose and blood pressure are enrolled as diabetic group, BMI <= 28 kg/m2; 2. Age and sex-matched subjects without diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, or peripheral arterial disease are enrolled as control group. BMI <= 28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I diabetes, peripheral neuropathy caused by other reasons, such as hereditary, alcoholic, metabolic, allergic, inflammatory, toxic factors; 2. Subjects taking medicine relative to nerve, radiculopathy, history of nerve surgery, dermal lesion, smoking, rheumatic disease, tendinopathy, recent serious disease or emergency, such as tumor, end stage liver disease or kidney disease, acute coronary syndrome, stoke, and so on.
