65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged mort than 65 years, no gender limitation; 2. ASA ranged II to III; 3. Patients undergoing selected hip or knee repalcement surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to provide written informed consent; 2. Had Contraindications to esketamine; 3. Had a history of depression or diagnosed with depression; 4. Had dementia or scored 24 or lower on the Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE); 5. Had a score of 15 or higher on the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test; 6. Not evaluated the level of anxiety; 7. Not completed the follow-up assessment of delirium.
