Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Helicobacter pylori negative or eradicated; 2. Pathologically confirmed low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia, and moderate to severe atrophic gastritis; 3. Aged 18-70 years, male or female; 4. Able to cooperate with treatment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Wigh high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or after gastric surgery; 2. With peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other diseases requiring PPI treatment; pregnant or lactating women; 3. With serious diseases on the heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc.; 4. With suspected or comfirmed history of mental illness, or with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. Known to be allergic to the ingredients of the medicines in this study; 6. Had participated in other clinical drug observations within the past 4 weeks; 7. Taking drugs related to the treatment of precancerous lesions of atrophic gastritis.
