Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia; 2. Those who are ineffective or intolerable to drug treatment; 3. Those who are unsuitable or unwilling to accept microvascular decompression for treatment and agree to accept percutaneous balloon compression for treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. Consent to data collection and follow-up observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unsuitable or unwilling to undergo percutaneous balloon compression surgery; 2. Patients with facial nerve numbness and other symptoms before balloon compression surgery, which may interfere with the judgment of the effect of surgical treatment; 3. TN patients Complications of puncture site infection, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and coagulation dysfunction; 4. Those who do not have the ability to act autonomously.
