Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for craniocerebral surgery, and the operation time is more than 4 hours; 2. Aged between 18-65 years; 3. No history of fever within 3 days before surgery; 4. Patients and their families gave informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neuroendocrine diseases that affect body temperature such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of sweat gland dysfunction.
