Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of mild cognitive impairment; 2. Aged >= 50 years, no sex limitation; 3. MMSE score > 19 in patients with primary school education, or >24 in patients with middle school education or higher levels; CDR score <= 0.5; and ADL score < 16, MoCA score ranging from 23 to 26; 4. HAMD-17 score <= 7, HAMA <= 7, and BPRS score < 35; 5. Each patient should be willing to participate in this study, he/she and his/her guardian must sign the informed consent form after understanding the nature of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia or mental retardation; 2. Anxiety, depression, or other psychotic symptoms; 3. Severe physical diseases which affect cognitive function; 4. Substance addiction or behavioral disorders which affect cognitive function; 5. Illiterate subjects.
