Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with specific dermatitis diagnosed by dermatologists who meet the "hanifin and Rajka diagnostic criteria"; 2. Students in secondary schools and universities (including junior colleges); 3. Aged 13-23 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently taking psychiatric drugs; 2. Previous or current stress management or psychotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy; 3. Patients who are seriously ill and have to receive treatment other than topical hormone drugs and emollients; 4. According to the opinion of the researcher, there are any clinically significant abnormal laboratory data, vital signs and physical examination results that will interfere with the safety evaluation at the time of screening or baseline; 5. Patients with serious unstable physical diseases, diagnosed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 6. Poor command of Mandarin.
