Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The score of Zung's Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was lower than 50; 2. The score of Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale was lower than 53; 3. The grade of Saltin Grimby Physical Activity Level Scale is "slight physical activity" or "inactive physical activity"; 4. The score of Athens Insomnia Scale was lower than 4; 5. Voluntarily participate in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of insomnia; 2. History of neurological or mental illness; 3. History of severe head injury; 4. Taking any psychotropic drugs; 5. History of heart disease; 6. DC allergy.
