Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intermediate and advanced laryngeal cancer (local tumor T2-4a, any N); 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Newly treated patients (primary disease, no history of surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy); 4. KPS score of 80 or above; 5. The functions of blood, heart, lung, liver, kidney and other major organs were basically normal. WBC >= 3.5x10^9/L, ANC >= 1.5x10^9/L, PLT >= 100x10^9/L, Hb >= 80g/L, plasma total bilirubin <= 1.5 times normal upper limit, ALT, AST or AKP <= 2.5 times normal upper limit, urea nitrogen, creatinine <= 1.25 times normal upper limit; 6. Enhanced CT and endoscopy of neck and chest were completed before enrollment; 7. Pathological examination before enrollment (differentiation degree, immunological indicators-Ki-67, EGFR, HPV); 8. Signed informed consent with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distant metastasis; 2. Patients who can be removed by minimally invasive surgery such as laser under the support laryngoscope; 3. Have uncontrollable epileptic seizures, central nervous system disorder or loss of self-awareness due to mental illness; 4. Serious and uncontrollable infection; 5. Major organ dysfunction (including heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.); 6. Can not tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 7. Having other malignant tumors at the same time or within two years.
