Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accomplish maxillary posterior transalveolar sinus floor elevation with cushioned grind-out technique and simultaneous bone level implant implantation; 2. CBCT scans received more than three times for preoperative and postoperative assessment, including preoperative, immediate postoperative, 6 months postoperative; 3. Reliable complete case data and photographs can be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No implants protruding part from previous sinus floor using immediate postoperative CBCT scans; 2. Once performed sinus floor elevation surgery at elevation sites; 3. Prosthetic procedures were performed too long after implant placement.
