18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. In line with the classification criteria of palindromic rheumatism proposed by Guerne and Weisman in 1992; 3. New-onset and treatment naive patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in this researcher; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Malignant tumor/infected patients; 4. Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant within the follow-up period; 5. Patients diagnosed with rheumatic diseases; 6. Previous use of prednisone or immunosuppression.
