65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 3. Elective hip replacement surgery; 4. Have received primary school education or above; 5. Preoperative simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) score >= 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual and auditory disorders; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the test; 3. Serious heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney diseases; 4. There were mental illness and cognitive impairment before operation; 5. A history of substance abuse or drug addiction; 6. History of local anesthetic allergy; 7. Puncture site infection.
