18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who underwent cadaveric kidney transplantation for the first time; 2. There is no restriction on gender, ASA grade III-IV, aged 18-65 years; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4. Dialysis was performed regularly before operation; 5. Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, be willing to sign informed consent and strictly abide by the clinical research protocol to complete this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from liver, mental and nervous system diseases; 2. Coagulation dysfunction, heart failure and respiratory failure; 3. Long term use of sedative or antidepressant drugs; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unable to communicate and cooperate.
