18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo hip surgery, male or female; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. BMI 18-30; 5. Hip surgery time less than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 3. Recent anticoagulant therapy; 4. Coagulation abnormalities; 5. Local anesthetic allergy; 6. Bacteremia or planned puncture site infection; 7. Combined with neurological disorders, spinal disease (deformity or trauma), history of spinal surgery or lower limb paresthesia; 8. Those with obvious abnormalities in hearing, vision, intelligence, and spirit that affect normal communication; 9. Patients with secondary surgery; 10. Those receiving chronic pain treatment; 11. Participating in other activities within the past 2 months experimenter; 12. The investigator believes that it is not suitable to be included in this investigator.
