Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of the study and commitment to fully cooperate with the investigators; 2. No patients with chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary acute angle-closure glaucoma, primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma with angle closure less than 180 degrees, primary open angle glaucoma and secondary glaucoma. 2. The operation was not trabeculectomy. 3. They suffered from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension; 4. Psychiatric diseases, language and communication disorders; 5. Unable to fully cooperate with researchers and investigators.
